I was travellling on a public transport today, on my way back to home, and I couldn't resist but frequently looked at a girl(the revealing outfit)... is that considered as a relapse, Ididn't fantasize though or M-ed about it. But it's killing me , I shouldn't have done that, but she was attractive , and I couldn't resist the urge to look. Please help me out, let me know if that's considered as a relapse?

Hey man... You set the goals so you set the rules... Most guys here tho consider a lapse or relapse when they MO or PMO...
If you want to have a goal around no lustful eyes or thoughts then that's fine, but I would keep goals for thoughts and goals for MO or PMO.

    does that make sense??

I don't think that counts as a relapse. But it's best to avoid such situations, because they don't help with the reboot process. Of course, ultimately you decide what is and what isn't a relapse for you. But generally I think that your situation does not fall under the definition of what most would call a relapse.

yep..got it, I was trying to make no lustful eyes as a part of my goal, considering/assuming that it might be a relapse itself..but I have that much control over myself to not let this incident "lead" to a relapse.

Objectifying people is a problem but not a relapse. It could lead you to one and it does slow down your reboot. Since you're no longer pmo'ing you're looking for something to give you that small hit. You need to remember you ALWAYS have control. By telling yourself you don't you're setting yourself up for failure. Stay strong.
