1: Click stop. Push delete button. Fuck seeding.
2: Disassemble PC. Repeadetly whack hard drive with a mallet, full force.
3: Pour gasoline into porn device. Light it up. Laugh like a maniac as it burns and melts.

 

install K9. that will block all torrent sites. has worked for me, 80 days clean

 

I agree. k9 is a godsend. Really useful tool.

The first thing you need to do is delete your collection. Doing that will probably make the rest of the steps easier

 

yea use k9, and ask one of your friend to register on k9, he/she will use his/her email, so the password will be safe in his/her hand , and you also can not retrieve it back . Because if you will use your email there will be chances that you may retrieve password .

 

All those porn blockers are useless. You need to work on the triggers in your brain.

By using a porn blocker, you are shifting away your own responsibility to a tool. You are thinking like "Handling with my porn addiction is not my responsiblity, becasue from now on, K9 will do it for me".

Sorry, this does not work. It is YOUR life, YOUR responsibility, it is YOU who need to go through that whole process.

First, you need to let go of the idea that you absolutely 'have to' orgasm or 'have to' have a girlfriend in order to be happy or to be okay with yourself. This is really not true. There are lots of people who can be alone and nevertheless lead a very fulfilling life.

There's a ton of stuff you can do to fill the void of PMO. Exercise, play an instrument, hang out with friends, meet new people, etc. All of those things are much more interesting than PMO.

 

Keep checking into this site and make comments to help others. It works wonders for me whether I am having a hellish day (like yesterday) or a completely different and peaceful day like today. I have tried to stop off and on for over half my life and I feel like success now is each day as I look forward to passing the hour mark when I first started and seeing a successful day. I am not so concerned about if I fall or not at some point in the future or if i did at some point in the past. What matters is that I don't do it today!
