Is it OK to have sex? or should I keep myself away for the whole 90 days?

Is it OK to have sex? or should I keep myself away from everything for the whole 90 days?

I maybe going out to a club for a crazy night to celebrate some uni related achievement soon. I am sure there will be girls involved. Is it alright to have sex (if there was a chance) or should I keep myself completely away from all these things (clubbing/sex/anything involving sexual arousal /..) so that I complete my 90 days nice and clean.

    Stay focused

I don't know what to tell u, personally I cut contact with the girls I usually have sex with because I want a full reboot.

To each his own, I know some people will tell u its okay while others will say no. I guess it's all about what u want outta this commitment your making.

    Thanks t2g for your reply.
I guess then its a legit question. I quite hesitant asking it in the first place.

I bet the real question is even if we gave up doing PMOs after 90 or so days, will we ever get back to it if something went wrong e.g. breakup. I mean if you are used to having sex with your gf for a good while, and then suddenly you are not in a relationship (and lets assume your are not leonardo di caprio) would rub one out? and probably get back to this damn habit?

I am a little bit concerned :( ... can anyone with full recovery experience help me out here?

Bro, I'm not looking to give up on NoFap (ever. really ever). Whats the point of going back to where you were before?

Besides, if a girl/partner leaves you because you are trying to fix your addiction, I'm sorry to say she is definitely not a keeper. Also, if you have been doing NoFap properly, I'm 110% sure that you will find some other type of release rather than resorting to 'rubbing one out'. And by release I mean going out for a workout, a nice walk, grabbing a few drinks with your friends, catching up someone you care about but haven't been in touch with, finding a new hobby, playing a new sport, learning something you always wanted to but had no time....etc.

Best ways of getting over break-ups and strong emotional "traumas" in general is to keep your mind occupied with something else. Sure , PMO is one option. Another is the gym , your career , your friends , meeting new people. If you're gonna choose one (or more) , go for something that's actually productive.

As far as the horniness goes , you'd be surprised how easy it is to get laid if you actually get out of the house. Most people don't because when your finished busting all kinds of self-nuts you probably go back to playing your video game or whatever. And then you repeat the cycle. Of course you're gonna miss if you don't even take the shot.

I really don't plan on going back to it. I mean yeah , I miss it at times. You'd think it's a man's dream to be able to see insanely hot girls at the click of a button. But it's also what kills your essence. I remember the feeling of insignificance and emptiness I'd get after PMO'ing. I'm 50+ days in now and the difference is simply huge.

As far as your first question goes , sure , have all the sex you can get. Go clubbing , have fun , enjoy yourself. There's really no reason to keep away from it. PMO is the bad combination , enjoying life is the good one.

    Great!

I guess RC answered my question clearly in the last paragraph. So SEX and PMO are totally different things. And that we can have sex with out gf while on this 90 day regime, right?

RC, and Senti, within the 50+ days you have abstained from PMO have you had sex? and if yes, did it reinforce the urge to have regular orgasms?

btw, I am achieving my second target, 1 week, in a few hours! yuuhuuu

    Molto thanks
