    Hi all,

Day 40...I came back tired from a hectic day at office today, had snacks and couldn't resist going for a nap. When I woke up I found myself having a strong(well, one of the strongest in recent months/years) erection, and since I was in a half or more than half, like 75% sleepy state, I couldn't resist to fantasize about a girl I had known. The fantasy was about a surprise sexual encounter. But, I am pretty sure, had I been FULLY AWAKE, I'd have definitely resisted the urge to fantasize, but since I had this strong erection after a long time and the urge came from nowhere, I started fantasizing for a couple of minutes(3-4 mins, may be, not sure). But, obviously, no PMO.

How badly is this experience going to hinder my progress?
Is it a setback or something natural?

Between, I have been making good progress so far, feeling less depressed after a long time. And yes, as I mentioned, getting the wake up erections and a spark of libido.

It won't hinder your progress of o much, in fact it could be a sign of your brain releasing and neutralising those feelings. Depends on whether you felt a love connection or a lust connection?

As long as you release your previous life force or dopamins through active viewing of porn, you've minimised potential 'damage' from this experience. It's regualr to think this way, try and reprogram lust to love if you ever find yourself thinking like that again.

    Gratz in 40 days!!!

You cannot help sexual thoughts, they're natural. If they're about people you know, then that's different to porn images flashing in your head.

If you think they're an issue just accept them and move on, but don't repress them. It will only make them stronger.
