    I've been fighting since I was 7 years old and sexually abused. I've been addicted to Masturbation and porn for 9 years now. I'm sick and tired of it. I want to beat this. I'm done losing this battle. It sucks. I need my fellow nofapstronauts to help me fight. Because i am weak and tired. I'm so sick of it.

    Hey, welcome! We can help and encourage you to make healthy choices or help discourage you from PMO, but the hard part comes when you alone are left with the decision to reach down or not. Remember that you are not your enemy, as this will only lead to depression and a feeling of helplessness.

    Also another thing that I have learned is that complete honesty with yourself is essential.
