    Hello, my name is Zach and I'm a college student currently who is struggling with this addiction to pornography and masturbation.

    It really hasn't been easy trying to stop and I'll admit, I usually don't try to stop. As a Christian this addiction is really bothersome to not only my faith, but also how I view myself and how I interact with others, specifically the opposite sex.

    I can come up with reasons why fapping is good for you, such as relieving tension, but I really want to stop. I know this addiction is no good for me, but I really need some help here.

    I guess that's why I came to this site NoFap; I found it on another website when I read someone's post describing this website, so thought I'd give it a try.

    I look forward to knowing more about this community and such.

    Welcome, Zach. I wish you the best of luck, and pray that you find victory over this addiction. As Christian men, I'm convinced we are the primary target of the devil when it comes to PMO. He's crafty and knows our weaknesses, so we must be ever vigilant. Good luck, and God bless.
