been clear for 14 days

    i know it is the 1000th post with this similar thing. nothing special just let you know that I reached two weeks without pmo. I don't have any urge to relapse.
    I've had some depression and feel some unknown fear in the last couple of days. Last night meanwhile I watched a movie with my boyfriend there was a half-naked guy in the movie and some storm began to attack my mind but IT WAS I who was stronger.
    The more time I am clean, the easier to stay clean.
    And some good advice: in the first period of reboot try to avoid drinking any alcohol. In the past, there were often saturday nights began in a pub but 'I had to go home because I am tired'... and of course ended with watching porn :/
    But it is over, it is good to be clean :)
    Thank you guys to be here and support and thank you for the owners of this site :) ...

    Two weeks is awesome! I have been there twice before. I miss those times. Please do me a favour and write me a 30 day report in another two weeks!

    Awesome job fighting those urges at the movie theater! They will keep coming but you have to remember that the worse the urges get, the better you'll feel after you get through them. Great self-control is one of the hardest
    habits to form in our lives but it gives us the ability to commit to what we know is important in order to create powerful change. Just being at the 2 week mark means that you're already doing great, and I'll be here to PM if
    you ever need some support.
