premature ejaculation

    has anybody recovered from premature ejaculation? That my biggest concern so far been over 60+ clean from PMO. Was M the biggest cause to premature ejaculation? I'm really dedicated to nofap this second time around my first time I went 6 months P free but dint know what edging was so I was M without P or fantazing but the more I'd edge the more my want for P got until I finally fell into P again. This time around I going SUPER hard mode no M or Edging also I cut off social media no need for it so far I got over the need to log on anything anymore I been getting crazy erections no t 100% but they're there is that normal I doubt it could be my normal libido? I'm planning to go 365+ and the rest of my life free from this porn curse
