There are Three main videos from Ted talks that most of us encountered and then discovered the nofap community through; there is one by Cindy too, but i never thought it had any re-play value

    1- Gary's lecture:

    2- Ran's lecture:

    3- Zimbardo's lecture:

There is one essential video that came out recently by Teal Swan its very insightful and has massive replay and re-watch value, i learn something new from it every time i watch it:

Of course there are many many many great channels & videos about nofap/porn addiction!

    Powerful!
I'm turning of my smartphone just to see what happens... Probably good things!
Thanks you for that share! I needed that very much, as I was just sitting hating myself for relapsing.

you'll enjoy this video - by none other: our dear creator of the emergency button (i initially wrote that there were four videos, i forgot about this one! its essential):

I watch and re-watch these videos a lot, i no longer feel depression/anger/self-loathing after relapse and i am managing to succeed longer and more efficiently, past few relapses didn't effect my mindset at all, didnt lose any super powers because i didnt allow myself to think i lost anything (unlike previous relapses), positive thinking & meditation help a lot, best intentions too... I still have a lot to learn too.

    good luck bro!

  4. Thank you so much for telling me about this Teal Swan video. I know the other 3 videos very well and they are a major part of my recovery, but this new video is very powerful. Her final words "Sobriety is not opposite of addiction, human connection is." are inspirational.

Love Teal! I posted that video on here when it first came out. She is brilliant and her other videos really helped me on my healing journey.

I quit smoking almost 4 months ago. One of the best decisions ever! It will be hard, but you can do it!

I've quit gaming in september last year thanks to nofap i've been succeeding even more than i imagined with that (As well as NoFap): "emotional isolation is the No.1 cause of all addictions", i will remember that for the rest of my life... Seriously every time i watch that video i learn something new, truly amazing video that needs to be spread around a lot (to be welded into nofap's consciousness like that image of 'fuck the zero', its a must).

If it was easy no one would struggle with it, that's the hole process of life - its the struggle that builds up our characters and further expands our spiritual growth, i've quit eating garbage food and cleaned up my diet five months ago - right around the time i started seriously doing NoFap and wanting to succeed in it as bad as i want to breathe (Erich thomas quote), dropped from 92kg to 80kg doing ddp yoga, running sprinting, working out in the park and most importantly healthy diet (massive muscle mass loss, but way better looking/agile/stronger). Its not that we can or can't do it, its that we either do it or we don't.. I could of continued the same path i was on last year and committed suicide or step back, observe it and take the opposite path.

I wish you the most awesome journey and the best wishes with everything, this community is awesome :)
