Ill make a long story short ish for now but basically i started watching sissy hypno videos when i was about 20, im 26 now and its been an on and off battle thats led to depression, extreme guilt, cross dressing, meeting with transexual escorts and other homo/bisexual encounters. Ive been looking into HRT as ive believed ive had low T for a while. Im going to start my 90 day reboot tonight.
I discovered anal stimulation at a very young age but never in my life did i feel emotionally or sexually attracted to men, i can find a man attractive but sex or anything never crosses my mind..I actually find the thought of kissing a man repulsive and still have never done so.
I currently consider myself bisexual for various reason, idk im a mess haha hence me being here. I have no issue with accepting myself as bisexual. Which is also confusing, like. I cant see myself dating a man or having any "real" emotional connection to a man, but transgender MtF is a different story. This could also be from the hypnos or could be deeper things to figure out.
Any tips to help distract me? I produce music but that can only take up too much time before my brain hurts.

  2. Welcome to the forums.
Replace your habits slowly and one by one.
Do you go out? If possible, start making a new outdoor hobby. Being alone is usually harder at the initial stages of recovery.

  5. Stop judging yourself and accept your personal quirks. Otherwise they'll just wear you down. You like dressing as a woman and sticking stuff in your butt? It's all good, who cares. If you base your efforts in nofap or elsewhere on guilt, you will fail.

  8. Heyyy welcome to the NoFap forum : ) It's nice to see you here fighting the good fight alongside us!

    Here is just some advice:

First and foremost please take a look at each section in the forum, there might be something(s) you may find of big help to you. Feel free to post there :+)

Then secondly I just strongly advise you to be active on your profile(as there quite a few active people in the profile section). Please start by choosing an avatar and then make daily status posts to show you're active and needing support/encouragement. They've also got a neat little feature that shows freshly posted statuses for all users to see. People will find your profile and give you encouragement/support.

People (are beginning to) love communicating in the profilesection..(it should be and is )mostly spportive talk but it doesn't hurt to deviate from supportive talk. It would be great to have you join in and support others in the threads, profiles, and journal. Make sure and be grateful for the help you received and help after receiving some. Invest in some people's journeys. We could always use your help and in return you shall receive some as well!

Thirdly, You should also highly consider creating a public journal and write about your days in more depth for us members to follow along your journey and offer support to you by way of posting in your journal.

Last but not least: Good luck on your journey here, make sure to really give it a try with all your heart!
