    Yesterday i walked 1 mile.

    Not sure about today though.
    I may just do bodyweight exercises at home.

  9. Don't have very time to login here every day, unfortunately. I'm still working out but maybe not as much as I have done from time to time (e.g. six days a week), now it's a bit more relaxed, a few times a week more or less. Did some workout yesterday, did three hours of krav maga last Tuesday, outdoor gym for one hour during the weekend, some bouldering as well, etc.

    I've had quite much work to do lately and that's why I haven't exercised as much as usual, however, I'm on vacation now so hope for some improvement.

    Did my first human get up yesterday. It was a LOT of fun. Much laughter all the way through. :D

  12. I was hiking for a week. But back home I stopped doing anything for my body. It's summer but I do less sport than during all winter. My nutrition is a mess too.
    Time to start again. It's a good timing, since after a heat wave it's getting a little colder in Germany from from tomorrow on.
    I want to begin with Gymnastic and Yoga tomorrow.

    I'm thankful that this wonderful thread exists! Let's rock!!!

  14. Awesome challenge, i'll hit the gym tomorrow, so i'll start it tomorrow! ;)
    I also noticed that when i don't exercise i feel weak and kinda depressed the whole day. Exercises for the win! :D

  17. So today at the gym, I ran for 10 minutes on the treadmill at a great speed. After that i trained legs and shoulders. So many hot women there it was hard to concentrate. But i made it, felt good. I can't wait for tomorrow, i'll train muay thai! ;)

    There were so many dedicated people here ...
    it's a shame! But maybe it can be revived ...

    Well for me it was the fact that life kept kicking me in the balls and
    as soon as I got up it kicked my knees to keep me down.
    It is up to us to revive it...
    Currently I'm giving some self defence classes online and I train with my kettlebells in the quarantine state we live in.
