feeling the need for relationships

    I know 10 days is not that long. It differs from person to person.

    I wanted to believe in Nofap. I wanted to experience something that would make me want to quit porn.

    Every relapse was due to the fact that my brain starts to make me forget about my reasons. it makes me believe that porn is not even an addiction.

    Yesterday I started craving pornstars. like actually craving. I was shocked. still I relapsed. I was flatlining which I did not believe was true until I saw it.

    However, even though I relapsed, I had a very weird feeling today. when I was talking to people I make this intense interesting eye contact. I was very smooth and calm and not anxious. it felt amazing.

    I feel like I needed emotions in my life. Porn stripped that from me, I am enjoying people and I don't want to stay in the house.

    Another thing is I am doing cold showers. and god damet; it helps alooooot with handling stress.

    FYI u need to do cold showers, its the most beneficial thing ever.

    I can vouch for cold showers, i did them for 3 months through the winter, the mental discipline needed to step into ice cold water every day means you can take on any other challenges that may come your way. Plus, it damn well wakes you up fast :) and I have to say you are spot on when you talk about the desire for relationships - actual, real and meaningful contact with like minded positive people - that is the absolute key to success with replacing unhealthy habits with healthy habits, as humans we can only thrive when we make meaningful connections with others in the real world. Go for it buddy and good luck.

    Thanx man . Just git of cold shower . Im not doing ice cold water , though i dont leave before 5 minutes . Tomorrow i will do the 7 mins showers . Everytime i adapt more , i feel that i am adapting to harsh conditions in the real world .
    I hope it cures my anxiety along with PMO

    Like 2 years ago I had the same exact effect! I relapsed and day 2 or so of reboot I had rediculous charisma/charm despite my usual anxious self.

    Stay healthy on your reboot man! I might reboot seriously soon too.
