Danm You Post Acute Withdrawals!

Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by Freeddom_Taker, Sep 13, 2019.

  1. I have to vent my frustration cause PAWS symptoms driving me insane. At 13 months, I can't seem to grasp the reality I'm in right now. Mentally I'm impaired to a T, even some body parts such as my back, the sides seem to paralyze. I know the process might stay long bust still that sh*t don't do no justice.

Hats off to you man, 13 months is some solid shit!

Can I ask? What you do on a daily basis? Everyone asks the same shit but I was just wondering if your exercising etc?

Just because what has helped me with paws in the past is just to shock my body as much as possible with exhaustive measures like hard hard runs, get the heart pounding, sweat dripping and it seems to do the brain wonders. For me also swimming in the sea, in winter was fucking great, I could feel my brain and body go into some primal state and its just felt ike it was kicking my body into change. I know paws is a whole other demon but I feel this kind of stuff over prolonged periods can help speed up the process.

Sorry if I sound patronising just because I know this shit is a real struggle and I bet my ass you've thought tirelessly on how to improve your state and speed up recovery.

Sounds very disturbing buddy, could be PAWS but to be honest; I would definitely see a doctor if I had such symptoms show up at 13 months.

What are you eating? How is your sleep?

  4. Yeah I'm sick and tired of trying to improve but PAWS won't let me alone. I went to 45 mn walk and I can hear cracking noises from my upper back.

  5. Seeing a doctor is a good idea. My eating habit is alright. And sleeping is what I seem to do best right now. Sometimes I overslept and still woke up tired. The definition of PAWS on Google makes perfect sense tbh when they said the symptoms could change minutes to minutes or hour to hour.

I understand, the internet has provided us with a bottomless pit of ways to improve and new methods/supplements to try, it really is easy to become neurotic over 'improvement', i for one am a suffer of this neurosis.
