No it is not a relapse! Because you can’t control it.

It can be a sign of healing,or a sign that you fantasies to much.

    Not a relapse.
It's a good sign that you've controlled yourself not to M.
It found it's way out anyway.

Definitely not a relapse. From the official Getting Started with NoFap guide:

    Wet Dreams

For porn addicts who are used to ejaculating frequently, waking up to wet underwear might be somewhat surprising! After all, anecdotally at least, porn addicts usually have fewer wet dreams than someone who doesn’t masturbate at all. If a Rebooter started their habits early in life, they may have never experienced a wet dream.

There is no need to worry, wet dreams (“nocturnal emissions”) are completely natural. The body occasionally needs to get rid of excess fluids, and wet dreams are one way of doing it. Having produced enough seminal fluid to keep up with your porn habit, your body is probably still used to more frequent ejaculations. But usually bodies adjust to ejaculating less frequently. So as time passes, Rebooters usually report that their wet dreams reduce in frequency.

And in case you are wondering whether a wet dream constitutes a relapse: no, the general consensus is that wet dreams, being involuntary, are not relapses because you had no conscious control over the process as it proceeded.

This question really gets on my nerves and its asked like every week. Did you watch porn? No. Did you masturbate? No. Ok so it's clearly not a relapse.

True (and I’ve only been here a little over 2 weeks!) but sometimes we all need a little hand holding. Also, some people are terrible at self-help and reach out by asking seemingly simple/obvious questions. The answers to pretty much all of these beginner/intermediate questions are contained in the Getting Started with NoFap PDF Guide, but some people find reading stuff like that hard work or it doesn’t sink in. I’ve read it through half a dozen times now (hence why I quoted it in my previous post) because I’m the sort of person the does RTFM aka Read The Fucking Manual :D Such is the nature of support forums like this that the same questions get asked over and over again, but responding to them allows new people to communicate and support each. Peace out, Bro!

In my case nocturnal emissions occur when I've had an erotic dream... Sometimes these dreams can mirror a scene in porn, not as intense though. For this reason, despite me not Considerring it a relapse, I think it can have slight negative effects on recovery.

At least in my case, P scenes subsided and the dreams are more "normal". And I realized I was "feeling bad" about it - this shows a change of heart.

We can't always objectively quantify setbacks, but if there are some, may they all be via wet dreams. Why? Because they show that your brain is becoming rebalanced: you go back to normalcy.

Absolutely, I feel it is just part of the recovery process, flushing out the remnants of the addiction from the subconscious if you like. I too have negative feelings regarding the dreams as well which like you said is a good sign.
