    Guys, these days I'm scared like anxious maybe?? That I might get irreparable brain damage doing PMO or might get depressed forever, I know they are exaggerations but maybe anxiety is just this excessive worries, have some sensations in my head and I don't know what to expect of my life without PMO

    It gets much better without PMO. I can honestly say that. PMO messes up our brains reward system which leads to far greater anxiety.

    I know your pain. Just let’s hang in there. I literally feel sensations in the top front of my head sometimes. Like tingling and numbness. A lot of pressure sometimes in my teeth. Not sure if it’s related to sinus problems, but I do hear of others saying similar things. The depression, stress and anxiety can literally be crippling lately. And I’ve not had issues with anxiety before trying to stop PMO

    I had a strong depression and anxiety for more than 4 months, I thought I will die. Now is much better, don't worry this is only temporary. Don't give up
