The effects of a relapse

    After going 144 days I’ve started fapping on a regular basis again.

    Here’s what happens to me.

    I develop RLS
    I wake up exhausted
    I can’t fall asleep
    I have zero confidence
    I have zero drive
    I think slower
    I react slower
    My body aches
    My skin ages
    I get depressed
    I get anxious
    I get zero female attention
    My digestion becomes weaker

    144 days of nap I got dates I was the centre of the room. My mind was sharp I could take a joke I could give a joke! I had energy! I had ambition I could do anything in life. Fapping is an addiction I’m certain of it now. Just need to beat this once an for all

    I hear you loud and clear. I am in the exact same boat. I got out, and I jumped back in. All those things returned for me as well. It was a slow process and I didn’t realize how well I was feeling, until I fell again and again and now I’m feeling all those things you said, and maybe even more. Let’s get back at it!

    I think in an ideal world we would go hard mode NoFap then begin a natural sexual relationship... thus removing the artificial urges.
    I understand this isn't possible for all of us
