Not Looking At Porn When Your Unwell

I do believe feeling unwell physically or mentally can SERIOUSLY increase PMO cravings.

When I have a hangover from alcohol I usually binge on porn all day. A hangover from alcohol makes you feel like crap.

I remember one time I had severe food poisoning, I mean this was so severe I thought I was going to die. I ended up just binging on PMO the entire day.

I also believe stress, anxiety, depression and low mood can increase chances of PMO relapse.

I have read that for a lot of us PMO is connected to our stress response. So when we feel stressed or in some sort of pain this will give us a huge urge to PMO.

Regardless what anyone says, PMO can be a huge temporary stress reliever. Sex is a natural stress reliever, wanking is a stress reliever, and certainly high speed internet porn can be a huge stress reliever.

 

I had a 13 day streak ruined by the cold. Didn't have anything to do and eventually PMOed 4 times

 

How did you feel on day 13? Like benefits wise?

 

I personally don't have any desire for any form of sexual contact, or porn usage when I'm sick. Interesting that other guys do.

 

I always get urges when i`m feeling unwell, but i remind myself that i`m just at a weak spot, and it`ll pass eventually.

 

Yesterday I was not feeling well and yes I got some strong urges to look at porn but manged to control it and during night I had a wet dream without any sensation.

 

Man I also have a cold and I don't have any desire to look at porn or even fap. It also could be because I'm in a flatline.
