Question in regards to sexual experience during NoFap

    Alright guys so right now through 99 days, I fapped Once around day 80? It wasnt to porn but it was more like a sexual facetime nontheless not good lol since then literally still no desire to play with myself () .. leading into my REAL QUESTION, I hung out with a shorty today, and we madeout and etc (everything but sex pretty much) and she finished me off.. does that effect my recovery from porn induced ED? I didnt think it would because the sexual experience and arousal is with a legit female..and she made me bust.. so am I still on the right track or should I chill out ? May be a stupid question but id rather ask than not ask at all- thanks for your time !

    I think if you are still interested in being sexual with women that what you describe is fine.
    I mean isn't that why a lot of guys do it? so they can perform?
    If your body reacts normally to a womans touch then I don't see the problem.

    This helps alot , i legit dont have the urge and dont get tempted easily. Im happy , it took time but im good. I just want to get myself back to where im sensitive to everything and im hard enough to have sex again. Porn induced ED fuckin sucks

    Very true, I just want to get to a point where the thought, turns me on again not just the physical part. I want to rewire myself to where im hard enough
    For sex and not jus foreplay. Shit sucks but im trying the best I can!
