    How horny are you without porn or artificial stimuli?

    Recently I have hardly ever been feeling horny. I'd say recently on average I have maybe been getting a sexual urge about twice a week. This is a huge difference compared to when I used to PMO.

    Is this normal? Is this a normal sex drive? Or am I in some sort of flat line or something?

    Yes, this is normal and it is a VERY good thing!! Having less and less of those times that you really crave going back to the "drug" is ALWAYS a VERY good thing!! That means you're making progress!!!

    For me if i m daily ,my urges are totally deminished.
    If i am on nofap i get them daily and sometimes several times a day.

    Since starting nofap my horniness has really increased. In fact, the one downfall in this process is I find myself lusting more than since I was a much, much younger man. I know I would never act out on my thoughts, but holy crap, the stuff that goes through my mind! But I never want to jerk off to porn again in my life.

    Have you tried Eckhart Tolle The Power Of Now to maybe help with the thoughts? It does help me when I use it consistently.

    I went through one of his books, but found it really dull. I should probably check the Power of Now, it seems the better choice.
