    Um, yeah, how about recovery focus as @MisterDirection has suggested? No, you should not have sex with someone else in order to feel comfortable with the person you really want to be with. No, you should not have sex first before telling her that you love her.

    I also think you need to do some soul searching about what "love" is to you.
