Should I start writing some erotic stories as a escape valve?

Hi guys, I'm 23 y.o. and have been struggling to pass the 10 day border for nearly a month now. I just found out that my real problem is being too much time at home bored, which aways leads me to PMO. Anyways, I was thinking about writing an erotic story that comes to my mind whenever I start feeling an urge, cause I think it would be a good scape valve and would also be good for my self steem to receive some feedback in case I post it somewhere. Firstly I'd like to point out that all my PMO experience never included any kind of litterary stuff, and what I'm planning to write is about my past experiences, maybe twitching up a little bit in the name of the story. So, what you guys think? Should I do it? Would it count as a relapse? Should I invest in other kinds of writing? I'm open to hear whatever you have to say about it, thanks in advance.

No! Don't do it! It'll just trigger you even more. You can write? Great! Write other stuff. There are plenty of other things you can as well - exercising, for example.

Don't do it. Try to transmute your sexual energy into other energies, by ignoring or accepting your urges.
If you are "free" from your sexuality for some time it will be easier. If you write these stories your urges will probably just build up and you will relapse.

No, you just keep the wrong neural pathways open and trained.

Be strong, you van do it.
Start a blog, write about your feelings, not (just) the sexual ones.

Yes, absolutely do it. Probably none of these guys here are artists.
When you engage in lets call it sexual art, you don't think of masturbation. You can feel the sexual energy but at the same time you're focused on your work. Also it's a unique work experience and can be a lot of fun. I've painted a couple pictures of hot chicks instead of looking at porn, listening to some good music while working and I always had a blast and the work turned out good because I was properly invested in it.

But if you end up just getting horny and start masturbating instead of writing, you better leave that be. However you can only find out how you act in that situation if you try it.

If you need an inspiration look up Kim Jung Gi, he's a real master at what he does. And the guy loves drawing naughty stuff. ;)

  7. Nope! It's a nope on many levels. But like all things, at the end, choice is yours.

  8. I use to write out erotic stories. I even posted one on a website. I used to write stuff out that had legit storylines with more than one sex scene.

I'll be honest, it was fun to do. I was kinda proud of myself about the stories I could write.

*****The problem is, it's just a continuation of living in the fantasy world that keeps us from experiencing the excitements and joys of living in the real world.

Well, that's just one of the problems. Another big problem with sitting around and writing out erotic stories is that we fix in our minds what the "ideal" sexual encounter is going to be. And it's only going to lead to disappointment. The people in the story always does what we want, looks like we want, has no problem with any sexual act performed - no matter how perverse. It's not reality, it's all fake stuff that leads to nowhere except loneliness.

At some point we all should get in touch with reality. It's amazing how much better reality can be versus fantasy. For one, it's a lot more fulfilling.

Writing the stories is just another form of masturbation; this will not help you reboot.

Thanks, that's a good perspective. I guess I should focus more on rebooting first.

I did it and it wasn't a Scape valve, it was a fireplace. In fact, after my own stories didn't arouse me, I started scalating reading more and more intense literotica. Literotica is perhaps worse than porn because it's on your mind, suited to your tastes. Just get away from that thing.

  12. Thank you very much to the different persons that posted there experience with this! I was struggling today with that same question as @Jeor Mormont and decided I'll have to search the forum first. I did good. Thank you all for this! Disaster avoided!!!

Do it if you want to, but I'm just going to say it's weird. It is very weird. I don't know much about erotic stuff or sex or women or books or writting so my opinion means nothing but dude, why not try to look for real sex instead?
