    The funny thing is I had no problem with this before I started nofap. Now it’s every time visiting the loo

    The OP may be speaking about prostate fluid building up and working it's way out.

    I have had issues in the past early on in my reboot. Always a feeling of not being done and pressure. Nothing to worry about. It passed as my body adjusted to the new me.

    I take a piece of toilet paper to get the last bit of pee out. If I'm pissing in the woods, I usually use a leaf.
