Still a little depressed, but not as much as yesterday. I will man up.

I have confidence that anything is possible from now on.

3/7 presently on day 4 monk mode..

 

What is monk mode?

 

On Day 0 at moment. Know I can get to 3 days unsupported, but hopefully daily posting on this forum will get me to that 7 day milestone.

 

Monk mode is abstaining from all sorts of sexual activity. Semen retention is the goal. Semen as we all know is a vital seed which fortifies our brain and body.

 

Then I am doing monk mode too. Is it scientificly proven? What are the benefits of it?

 

You can do it. Let this forum be your 'healthy' distraction. It works for me so far. This is my 4th day and I am confident I am going to accomplish this chellenge.
