Right tit is swollen and hurts- wtf?

    Hi all,

    I am doing hard mode. over 70 days accomplished.

    however since around one week my right tit is swollen. and it hurts when i touch it.

    i researched it a bit, and it said teenage boys (just to clarify: I am a man, not woman!) have it sometimes during puberty etc.
    and I remember that i had it in puberty!

    a low level of testosterone apparently can be the cause because your body then has to much of the female hormone?!

    not sure if this is related to nofap at all. however i did not have this for the last 12 years or so. might be connected to nofap.

    what you guys think? anyone exprienced something similar?

    Hi Shark -- the medical term for that is gynecomastia, and is common in teenagers and in grown men. It is caused by an imbalance between the hormones testosterone and estrogen (yep, man have estrogen, too ..). A lot of things can cause it. Below is a link to some useful info.

    When I was around 40 I started growing a left tit. It actually got so big that people could see it underneath my shirt! We determined the cause was a drug I was taking for heartburn, I think it was Zantek. Maybe yours is caused by shifting hormone levels due to NoFap, or maybe it is something else. You may want to see your doc to see if the cause can be determined.
