So, peak testosterone levels occur about a week after one's last ejaculation.
Testosterone is a great thing to have if your biology and identity are male, for a host of reasons.

    But here's an interesting twist:
Higher T levels increase dopamine and norepinephrine levels. Those are two chemicals that do not get regulated properly in people with ADD. (like me.)

So, if you think ADD is a bunch of hoohockey, don't tell me about it. I don't care. For me, it's a name for a host of problems that I've had for a very long time. Not fapping is about transformation and hope. I have the experience to show that I think better, and have a better mental state when I'm not fapping. I think this might have to do with...scratch that. This definitely has to do with brain chemistry, and I don't need to understand the how and why as much as I need to see physical results for myself.

Anyone else with ADD who can think better after no fapping? Or anyone with better cognitive processes at all?

I definitely experience better brain function when abstaining. My focus goes way up.

I dont suffer from ADD myself, but I can see a difference in mental sharpness when I abstain from Pmo and Mo for a while! It works wonders for the concentration etc!

Nofap is about as effective as adderall was for my concentration(I haven't taken any in years), at times.
Not all the time, but most of the time I've noticed I don't procrastinate anymore.
