    Wow.Well done!!I used to use dumbbells all the time when working out,but recently I just train with resistance bands that don't put the same sort of pressure on your joints that external weights, like dumbbells and kettlebells, do. They're also great for targeting smaller stabilizing muscles that you may not typically work,effective and light to carry. Try incorporating these into your training which take no time to set up.

  10. Checking in at 107 days. Some mild fantasizing here and there but nothing compared to what I had to fight through awhile back. Feeling encouraged that some of the strongest P images that were in my brain are finally blurring away in my memory. Let's keep healing, day after day.
     
  11. Thanks for the advice. I used to have a good long stretch resistance band and was able to do all sorts of exercises with it until it wore out. I then purchased a dumbbell and barbell set with up to 50 kg weights to train at home. You are absolutely right about the joints. Need to be careful. Since the bands are not expensive, I will purchase and incorporate them into my workouts.
