    Hey Narinderkumar,

    Whenever I get strong urges, I agree to PMO but first I go read some success stories during 10 minutes (it's not that long !) and eventually, I recall why I chose to give up porn, and I'm able to overcome my urges.

    Give it a try ;) I have faith in you

    Always remember why you are stopping and why giving in would be the last thing you want to do. I have to do that myself all the time, and it helps motivate me even more to keep moving forward. It will get easier.

  6. Get out of there... Don't you dare relapse. This site is all about change, take advantage of the freedom this site has given you and go ahead and start replacing all those bad habits with good ones. Instead of wasting time on social media go ahead and drop down and see how many push-ups you can do in one go. Do something... Do anything... Just don't relapse.

    The thing that has helped me the most is focusing on the "why" to quit PMO. Not only when the cravings hit but on a regular basis and applying them in every other situation.
    When it comes to things that arr difficult the why has to be strong otherwise youll fail

  9. So, in a day there are limited opportunities/times of the day when you can PMO (being alone). Try to find activities for these times that shall keep you busy, maybe cleaning the room, speaking to friends, taking a walk etc. Anything, but using your computer or smartphone. Try it and you will be able to bypass the urge.
