I think it is real. It happened to me twice once when i was on a 14 days streak and one when i was on a week streak.
The second one is strange because this woman never gave me a look before. That day she looked at me in a very flirtatious way.

I really dont think 20 years of P can be completely reversed =(. There are penalties for this hedonism; bbbut you can reduce it greatly and is sufficient with discipline.

Plastic neurons yes... but the memories and associations never go away totally.

 

Memories obviously don’t go away, but the brain can be completely rewired. The penalty is the pain you have through withdrawal and the mental issues while your were doing it not knowing you are harming yourself. No point in believing you can’t reverse something that you learned from.
