I have been without PMO for over 500 days and I am still feeling a bit insecure about getting laid just for the sake of it, although my confidence, t-levels, attraction and personal magnetism is at an all-time high.
I am not that experienced in the field so I have some performance-anxiety about it still, especially if it would be with some girl I recently met. The issue is that sometimes, I would like to just go for it but it is here I become hesitant because if she's too easy, that also indicates many bad things (red flags) and I might get an STD as well. Simultaneously, I don't know if I have the patience of being in a serious relationship for a year or more before going for it, although it is the better option when it comes to mental health since I am less likely to regret that afterwards.

I can promise you wouldn't be too jealous if you only lived through one day of having it. Imagine yourself the feeling of having peed yourself just a little (having an urge running to the bathroom and wipe it up), combined with some unexpected discharges feeling like a mini-orgasm when you have been aroused for too long.
