    The day before relapsing i watched porn and cam girls and wondering about other stuff, and then, i thought i succeeded but, after that day today in the morning i watched cam girls again and relapsed.
    Now do not want to do that again, nedded help

    I reset after 3 days, I am now at that point again. It’s not easy when you start out.

    In order to beat this addiction, you shouldn't be watching anything arousing. It's so difficult to abstain from PMO when you have those images in your brain. You can do it. Keep trying.
