What is your new Focus / Habit to replace your old PMO Habit?

    I've read in many sources that to become successful on nofap, we shouldn't focus on nofap, but on the new good habit we trying to build with the energy of abstaining pmo, is this true?
    If it's true, whats the habit you are trying to build or projects you guys are trying to do to channel the energies?
    What's your goal?

    I bought a guitar during one of those periods, but it was just that. I haven't played much since.

    Anyone knows of a good starting program where I can pick up basics at regular pace?

    My new routine is - get up, cold shower, 100 pushups before I go to work, bigger lunch than I used to and a lighter dinner which is helping my daytime energy and helping me sleep deeper. I'm writing a lot about how I'm feeling and what I want in life etc. What I'm aiming for. I seem to think about nofap quite a lot still, really horny most of the time etc but apparently this gets easier as the old habits and expectations of release fade. Sure hope so. I guess my new project is me!

    I've been putting all my time and energy into my business. There is always a ton to do, but stress wise its really no solution at all and probably makes it worse.

    I workout like a M.F. It's gone way past the point of vanity. I never miss a workout: 6 days/week. I just know i'll go to a really dark place without it. That would probably be my number one suggestion.
