Day 1 completed no problems. Listening to no pmo and nofap YouTube videos at night is really helping my motivation. I did my first nofap steak of 14 days but relapsed. Now I am determined to hit 30 days. When I relapsed I had no energy and a headache for 2 days straight. I relapsed a few days after I got back from a 9 day vacation. I had to go back to work and those first couple days of work after vacation were just terrible due to my brain fog and lack of energy. I could really tell the difference just like everybody talks about.

-- Day 1. I relapsed even though I didn't use my hands, basically on the bed. But I was awake, so I count that as a relapse. After orgasming I felt very tired and with lower drive, but at the same time a bit positive about myself. Right now I'm feeling so horny and needy, even sad. I think it is related to orgasm, as this has happened before. I usually feel so one or two days after relapsing. This is probably one of the toughest parts to overcome in a streak.
