It's good that you keep going. I know that once you may slip it's easier to fall again after. But I want to encourage you to complete this day. I know you can do it, you did it before and I look forward to see you say: "Day 2!!" And after that 3 etc. You can do it, you can! Let's face this day with a smile and with boldness.. We may fall but we get right back up and we will overcome this pmo addiction together. Heads up

Every day we have the power to choose. Typing words on Google is a choice. Not deleting tempting things is also a choice. Staying in bed too long is a choice.. if we want to overcome pmo we need to make the right choices. From waking up till sleeping. Surely in the beginning everything that's seductive must be cut off. I believe in this journey we've got to be absolute. Make things as easy as possible. Sometimes a thought pops up in my mind. And I can shake it off but I noticed that after awhile in a weaker moment or state I try to carefully look for it.. And when you give into that than you're on your way to lose and relapse. So give yourself a slap or something, it isn't worth it. All the best people!
