Yup, Finally I have completed 32 days after almost six months.

Here's why I started NoFAP. I had very social anxiety since I was a child. When I was in school, I was introduced to Porn by violent video games. I did not type of guy who likes to go out. I was not used to hanging out with my friends. Instead, I was playing a lot of video games, and some video games were action and violent based — this type of games introduced to my sex and porn. I then started to watch P videos when I was 16 or 15.

I become very addicted to porn until the age of 19. Then I left the porn for an unknown time frame as I was in high school and I had to prepare for the exams. I was able to restrict porn for a lot more time. This was before I knew about the NoFap.

Then after at 21 years, again I was addicted to the Porn. But in September 2018, I was introduced with the NoFap, and I started streaks. My first streak lasted for 18 days, and I felt very good after that. After that, I made 30 days streak more than two times. I didn't go beyond the 35 days but, I always felt good after 30 days of the streak.

Here are the benefits I got after completing 32 days streak.
    - I don't have any brain fog, and I can work very fast.
    - I felt confidence a lot of time.
    - I feel happy without any reason.
    - I was able to complete any task without any procrastination.
    - Everything was happening in my favor.
    - I am feeling energized all day long.

    Here are some cons:
    - Social anxiety didn't improve that much.
    - I didn't feel any superpower.

  6. I’m imagining when you go into a situation that you know could be potentially awkward but you’re just like “I got this”

Sounds like a win to me.

    Thank you.

  11. But then it would mean that social anxiety improved because you are able to meet new people and ect.

Hey did you experience severe brain fog sometime before 30 days? I'm on day 22 and I've never had it this bad! it's so bad I almost want to stop this because I haven't done anything productive in the last week already. I've suffered from brain fog since when I was 12 and is when i started M so thinking it may be related but idk when this will go

Hi, how would you desrcibe this brain fog more? How does it affect you? Does it interfere with your speaking for example?
I also started porn at similar age as you, more precisly at age 10

it effects the fluidity of my speech severely. I'll have to fish for words a good portion of the time and still won't find it. On day 6, 7, 8 of NoFap though I experienced incredible mental clarity and was jealous of other people because I know this is how they live their lives day to day. It's a whole different world! Aside from speech, it doesn't let me focus and absorb information. I'll read a sentence, reread, reread and then I just say awwww to hell with it and give up. Before NoFap, it was noticeably affecting me but I learned to live with it and still had a 12 hour window where I could retain at least 70% of what I would learn. After NoFap, i'm retaining like 10% which is infuriating me right now.

  15. Yeah me too; when im reading something I caught myself not readig that xd and i reapreat and i finally understand
I guess it may be related to low dopamine levels cause by porn
Bwcause I reckon that you are addicted to porn.

  16. Nofap is the energy attraction thing but main "monster" is that porn
It does affect us menatlly the most

  17. I also have suffered from brain fog, at least I think so.
My mental abilities dropped a lot as a teenager and I have always wondered why. It is interesting to note that those abilities dropped pretty soon after I started to masturbate.
