    LONGISH READ - thankyou.
So I would appreciate anyone to read this will be a long one unfortunately I'm trying to find anyone who may have answers to a health issue I'm trying to resolve.
So about 4 years ago I noticed my legs would feel like they are vibrating woke up one morning and it just was like that , didn't think much of it thought it would pass , cut a long a sorry short it progressed onto my back and my right hand , these feelings are internal and if I'm sat still or lying down feel like I'm moving , like pins and needles but a slight different sensation, this has not stopped in 4 years now , it's 24 7, does not hurt but I''s still very uncomfortable. You can feel this sometime's like another person I mean If they put their hand on my leg or lower back, but to me it's so strong and it's hard to see physically to someone else.
What I've tried... I've been to the doctors countless time's obviously this is quite hard to explain to someone and most time it's been pointless , I've had an MRI Scan, elecro magnetic scan and also tried anxiety pills which have not helped. Compared to people with severe anxiety , considering not seen anyone have this which has worse anxiety it's fustrating not knowing what It is, exercise doesn't seem to help either. When it started I was at uni, I'm 24 now and I was in a relationship with someone at the time it began and I was having regular sex, in terms of the porn addiction .. this started probaly 6 years ago and I am unsure obviously if this is linked , I've never come across anyone with this or at least not on here as posted this a few times but much shorter. I'm still addicted to porn but trying to quit , I've been on a 10 day streak before and made no differerence to these vibrations they felt exactly the same level . I'm still trying to quit for good but obviously easier said than done. I did try a few legal high drugs stupidly at the tme but two doctors have said it wouldn't have caused this.
Thanks if u read All this any ideas would be appreciated-

I'm really sorry to hear that, it sounds horrific. Why would they give you anxiety meds for nerve damage, though?

This has absolutely nothing to do with porn/sex, that inherits to dopamine or erectile disfunctions. It surely is a neural system problem, a sort of parkinson (don't get scared tho, it's nothing to be afraid of, just conscious). Else it could be a psichiatric problem. Go to a neuropsichiatrist (I'm from italy and have no clue about their english name). KEEP LOOKING FOR MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, NOFAP IS NOT A MEDICAL SOLUTION, IT'S A PHILOSOPHY. YOU DON'T CURE CANCER WITH PHILOSOPHY. This said, look for doctors that can help you, even if it will take your whole life. Hope you'll get fine!

Keep looking for other medics, go to an university and ask researchers for help. Internet won't solve the problem and neither will hospitals. We know so little about our nervous system that they go random on prescriptions. Find someone who can tell you WHO TO GO TO, not necessarily what you have.

I strongly recommend you to start eating healthy, but really healthy. Start doing yoga excercises. I used to have a huge pain in my right groin area, leg and back. I went to many doctors and did many studies and nothing was wrong, however i still was in pain. I was really anxious too because doctors didn't found any rare condition.

I went to a psychiatrist who prescribed me meds that helped me but only because of the sedative effect.

My solution was a change on my diet, cut out sugar, started eating eggs, avocados, broccoli, etc and my pain has gone. Sometimes i feel pin and needles but less recurrent.

Give it a try, start a healthy lifestyle and stay clam. Anxiety makes any problem worse.

  7. It could be a minor blockage in one of your nerves or something. Maybe try a chiropractor or a massage? If you've had an MRI and they didn't find anything you most likely don't need another one.
Sleeping in the wrong position can cause this type of thing where you feel dizzy all of the time but it should go away during the day. Do you sleep on your back? You want to make sure your spine is properly aligned, using too many pillows under your neck or something like that can put stress on your neck, over time this can affect your spine and limbs as you're describing.
If you're a back sleeper, make sure you use a pillow under your neck, or try sleeping on your side with a pillow in between your knees.
Porn probably can't be the cause but it can compromise the health of your nervous system. Quitting it and living a very healthy lifestyle is a big step in the right direction.

Yeah maybe try those doctors aswell:
    physiatrist,
    osteopath,
    chiropractor.
They can eliminate doubts about the nature of it

About a year ago I started having internal vibrations. Kinda felt like my body was rocking. It got worse and I had all the tests everything came back clear. Doctor ended up putting my on Prozac thinking it was my anxiety. The first dosage didn’t make much of a difference and then he upped it. I haven’t had vibrations now for a little over a month.
