Absolutely you should. Track down every last thing you can think of and delete it being extremely careful not to look at any of it. Not just because those could trigger you, but also because deleting all of it is very freeing and cements that you are becoming a new man. Happy hunting.

I have a friend who always says he erased his 25 Gb of pornography. He did it, but inmediately replaced it with other 25 Gb of new found pornography. Don't be like my friend.

if you delay too much , you will skip on the benefits from pmo free life. The benefits are waiting !most of them are after day 100 !

  6. I never understood how people saved porn, even managing to save GB. All that hardware space. It amazes me.
You must delete it if you wish to truly let it go.

Fuck no. I have not. It's good quality porn, of the highest curated adult entertainment content...

But I did move it to a different back up harddrive which I do not use often unless it's to back up stuff, so it's pretty much away all the time as it's too much work for something I can easily sort out with PornHub....

Having said that, I still want to let go of this obsessive and compulsive addiction of masturbating to porn. I'm working on that

Then you need to completely rethink 90% of what you just said if you want to be successful...

I had so many links in my favorites bar i'd be forever deleting them one by one so I had to uninstall then reinstall my browser to get rid of all of it,do whatever it takes.

I must have an intense porn addiction because I cant go a few hours without PMO :(
maybe I need some motivation idk.....but its something I really am interested in trying to better myself as a whole.

  12. There's no such think as "good porn". Stop being delusional. I could understand if you are an alcoholist and have some expensive, rare alcohol, you may want to gift to someone, but stashing porn.. That's sort of pathetic, since you already know that watching P is harmful to everyone. It's like being a drug addict and hiding pure cocaine, cause it would be a waste, what the fuck..

Most important is that there wasnt strong urges , and even the mild urges are very rare. We can concentrate easily on other things . Its like this bad habbit never existed . Of course you have to be careful with triggers becouse the normal mild urges will easily become a strong urge and we might slip. I crossed the 100 barrier 3 times and i never relapsed from strong urges , but from my stupidity not to escape triggers

You all need to be less conservative about these things.

Behind keeping porn, there are other issues, like being a hoarder, or compulsive behaviours.... Either way, I just keep it stored. I have never looked at it since I started this journey, so no point in deleting all that.

If I relapse, the gateway is not going to be the stored porn... PornHub is far easier, and I have been keeping myself away from it as well, without needing filters to limit behaviour (there are always work arounds...)

It's possibly true, but I'm not at that stage yet... But I've been doing an ok job of not PMOing for a while now. I need to save my energies for what really matters ;)

What kind of silly question is this? Are you being serious? Erasing any explicit material should be the first thing you do. Can you imagine heroine addict asking if he can keep heroin stash under a hospital bed during his detoxication? :)

    Have you changed your behavior?
Not just delete, but look to pornography as a thing that harms you, worse than that, it cuts your wings and you willl never be a man for the real woman....

Women smell when the man is a heavy masturbator, be sure.
