Withdrawal symptoms 2 weeks into NoFap

    Is there anyway that I can do to make this process easier? Because I’m currently experiencing anxiety and depression. They mostly happened during noon until evening and it sometime awfully painful. I do high intensity exercises regularly and walk for about 30 minutes everyday and I would usually meditate sometime. Got a wet dream today and don’t know if its bad to have it though. Appreciate for many help!

    I guess there isnt any way to make it easier,but there are some things you can do to draw your attention. Listen to music, find a creative hobby, read,be more in company (friends,family etc.), so the point is to draw your attention to your struggling. I think if you concentrate to how bad this process is, you will relapse. Im doing it for 5 days,previously I did a 9 day streak,and stronger urges came just today. Avoid to use computer/tablet/laptop/smart phone as much as you can. Try to find,search for the good things in life.

    Im right there with you. Ive been dealing with a flatline pretty early than what i would have expected. But i have ecperienced a lot of insomnia depression and anxiety. The saving grace for me is exercise, diet control, and meditation. All are pretty important but the diet is what i feel people dont spend enough time on. Feed your body clean food filled with healthy fats quality protein and moderate amounts of carbs. You need healthy fats for healthy brain func protein for neurotransmitter synthesis and lower carbs to minimize serotonin synthesis. Depending on the person if you have anxiety higj carb diets funnel a precursor of serotonin into your body making you more anxious. That comboed with meditation has been helping me a lot.

    Thank you!. I’ve done more exercises today including running and walking with my family morning and evening. anxiety is still there but I’m just trying to feel it and move on but not fighting it.
