sorry I have got busy in my exam preparation so can't update my status everyday...once my exam is over i will be back here & update my status everyday...anyways for now I'm doing fine...everything is good just bit busy...its day 113...thanks @icelady i will keep informing my progress regularly....

I lost. Stress got the better of me. I need to learn how to deal with negative emotions better. No excuses though. I own it. I just don’t have the willpower I used to have.

Day 4 check

 

Day 11, woke up with a serious rager and needed something to do with it, but I took a deep breath and just started my day. Got my coffee, checked a few things on here and now I'm about to go for a short run. No matter how bad the urges and feeling are you can persevere and keep going. Stay strong!
