    try to see where you collide. what are our points of divergence?. you must have complains about her behaviour and vice-versa. sit down and listen to each other in a non defensive way. "what i don´t like in your behaviour"."what i would like you to do". then make an agreement for both of you to change for the better. act upon it. go bro, much love

    you already introduce new habits in your life (cold showers, running), i think you need to enhance your life even further. make it exactly as you want, no excuses, you can do it, you can find a way.
    if you gather enough passion and effort for your new life you won´t have time for destructive behaviours like pmo. just focus on what you want, and go for it, daily.

    get used to relapses. when you relapse two things can happen:

    1 - a chance to grow
    2 - a chance to victimize

    The first two weeks were quite good and I had a lot of energy, even if I felt quite aggressive sometimes, for no reason.
    Today's mood was quite low, I think I'm about to start a flatline, I'll just have to be careful and not fall in other addictions!

    There's a lot of info here in the forum. Take a look. Also remember that what functions for someone may not function for you. Know your self and your weakness, overcame it and be successful. After you may help me and others also :)

    Day 23/90 check in. I'm glad I've did it so far. The relationship with people around has become extremely easy and I feel I'm in control of the situation. It's incredible the benefits of no pmo and the willpower that comes with it. I really would like not to fall again but..... better accept what comes and be confident that every thing happens for a good reason, even if we can't see it. Cheers brothers. Good luck

    Day 0/90 Checking in. Till now in my life everything I did or was able to do was never full fledged. Whatever I learnt is half knowledge. I ventured into many things but never a acheiver of medal or 1st position. I want to change these things around. Whether this is a problem due to pmo or not...I am done with that. From now on whatever I wish to do I have to do complete it full fledgedly. I always kept trying without giving up in all matters whether it is guitar learning or sports etc. But I failed to go beyond average. my situations in life always been like this. I thought atleast I was trying even if I fail. Now it is time to think of strategy than mere trying. I don't know what more have I not learnt because I keep failing. I wish I get the lesson I am missing. Cheers.

    Day 160 no alcohol or caffeine
    Day 39 of weight training
    - feels good to be working out again now I am home from holidays
    - also feeling good about acting out though porn has been on my mind quite a bit lately
    - stay stead fast everyone, you can do it! :)
