    go again :) first 3 days are hardest for me. Once you get over them, things get easier. You have to realise you're in enough control of yourself to stop completely.

    Day 7 or 8, cant remember. Woke up with horrible urges but didnt let them win. I decided to go out into the wooded area around the property and go for about a mile run. Felt so relieved that i was able to escape that feeling and get some good exercise. Anyway still going strong and feeling hopeful for tomorrow. Best of luck to everyone else. Stay strong

    @ThisTrainDontStop Checking in for the day. In some really dangerous territory atm(stumbling into triggers and not pulling out fast enough). Not sure what happened to the urges today tho, they just stopped being active after yesterday's blunder. However, I'm suffering from the aftereffects of being absolutely livid atm, and I know that it is a risk factor for relapse. Gonna try my best to survive the day.

    Nothing more than just another day. Want improve more my life and start feeling a lot of space to do that, not only because of NoFap but everything that is going on in my life!
