Just look at what you did with your choices, you listed two options you see for stopping:
1) You will pray to god and in this case you are not responsible for doing anything(its gods will), all you decided to do here is pray and hope for the best
2) Help from others - this one means you are not taking responsibility for doing anything because others will help you and all you have to do is seek help

You clearly outlined the reality that you did not take responsibility for doing what you think should be done and I can predict right now that you will fail.

You are missing the right option: Take responsibility for stopping, or in other words do the work to stop.
