    Checking in, been absent since Thursday (a lot of messages to catch up on) - how you doing @Hickorydoo ?
    Been super busy last few days, but the urges have been super strong. Got a lot of practice identifying the triggers, but still a bit of a struggle to switch the brain off going to auto P!

  10. 23 days i think :) I'm definitely in a hard phase i forgot what people call that, all day i have had a migraine and I feel awful reading all of the posts on here makes me focused and more determined.

    you will achieve this, with hard work.
    Alhamdulillah, good going soldier! urges will come but be in control and not an animal.
    7-12 is another very high urge time, beat it and you will feel things becoming easier.
    Congratulations on 60, you've came far and improved a lot but go further and always improve more.
    Just keep fighting, it's a choice to relapse remember that so it's a choice to not relapse either. The only basically uncontrollable choice is to M and that is the consequence of the steps (like digital footprints of opening incognito, browsing P) you make beforehand, remember that.

    I failed last night... Who am I going up against now?

    Am I moving down, or am I staying at the same spot? :eek:

    Here is a tip for all my muslim brothers (no pun intended) listen to the Quran, with headphones, daily. Also, if you listen to Quran during urges, they will literally flush away, and it will fill your mind with positive thoughts (thoughts, not thots)

  20. You must fall in love with the process. We will use the energy we get from nofap to become great at everything we do!
    Get more sleep and try to stay stress free. It keeps our fight-or-flight response chemical at a level conducive to recovery. Stress activates the action chemical and too much can cause negative effects because you never recover properly.
