Wet Dream First Night?

Okay so I am a teenager and have tried nofap before because i do know the wonders it can achieve( for me it's mostly clear skin and imcrease in confidence.) However, I was only able to make it about 4 or 5 days before relapsing, followed by a pattern of this cycle for about 3 or 4 weeks. Even shy of a week, i could notice the improvements. So I made a promise to myself that I would try to abstain for a month to see if the benefits would be even better, however, last night ( first night on my journey,) I had a sexual dream. I remember vividly having sex in the dream but i do not remember an O. I also woke up "dry." Does this mean it was not a wet dream.. rather a "sexy dream?" And also, one more question. Do wet dreams have the same affect as MO? Thank you for reading this because it is very important to me.

 

Yeah. It's weird though because I didn't know if I actually came or orgasmed in the dream. I woke up dry so idk lol.
