Eat.Sleep.Exercise.Meditate.Hangout.Get along with people.Do things that you have been putting off.Do something that’ll make you happy. Do something charitable. Speak to girls freely(the more respect you have for them, the less you fap). Think, if there was something better to do.Spend fine time with friends/family. Watch cartoon programs (those that don’t turn you on). Stay with people who don’t make you feel oppressed/depresses. “JUST REMEMBER! Bad luck or bad day is just a state of mind, you convince yourself that you’re happy and you will be! Convince yourself that you ain’t horny and you won’t be! Here you go, the secret juice to victory *slurp*

You need to stop convincing your mind that you can't leave porn

The words that you tell yourself are stronger than you think.

You can leave porn, many guys did.

Just change the way you think and keep yourself busy with healthy activities (I consider having time with friends a healthy activity)

Like the others have been saying, you're not just changing one habit, you're changing you're lifestyle as well. Find what emotions trigger you i.e. stress, frustration, boredom and learn what you can do to handle those. Go outside - if you can - and walk around. Channel your mind into responding to those triggers with a positive thing. It takes determination, but it's definitely achievable.

    You can do this!

The way it works is the less you use it the less of a hold it will have over you. It can take time though. If your addicted to it then you might need to go through a lot of withdrawal ext and you will have this urge to view porn for ages. Even when your through the worst of it you will still get slight urges to view it. But it does eventually lose it's grip. The only way to make it lose it's grip though is stop using it. You will relapse. But what you do is you keep trying to stop it. Eventually porn loses it's grip. If you never try to stop it though then it will never lose it's grip, it will always have power over you. The brain changes, it strengthens to the things you do, and weakens to the things you don't do.

  7. This is not a complex problem.
You are an addict, you cant stop on your own. Obvious answer is - you have to get external help, this from does not count as external help, we know you cant stop.
    Seek professional help.

I am more curious what attracts you to porn. Find out why you watch it and you are a big step further on how you might be able to quit

I can relate. I've struggled to leave it behind. I have some good days but they're not so common.

  14. Sorry but noone can help you, we can only encourage you.
When dealing with addiction - you are always on your own, and until you realize that and take full responsibility - you will not be able to be effective.

When someone asks me for help, I want to know what his/ her plan of action is. if there is not plan of action - there is no responsibility and "I dont know what to do " is not a plan of action.

Your only option is to go to rehab
