    I hoped to get 10k in under an hour but I slacked off for the first 6k so then I had to go fast to make up for it. As a result I was totally gassed at 9k when I just gave in and collapsed on the ground, not finishing the run. Somehow I feel this is a metaphor for my life lul.

  2. Couldn't get enough today so I went to the track for more.

    warmup
    250 in 50'
    150 in 35'
    sprints
    200 in 37'
    2x100 in 16'
    50 in 8'

    I looked up the world record in marathon and the tempo is actually faster than my 200 "sprint". How the fuck is anything like that possible?
