I am not sure if you are bipolar or not. There is a set criteria to determine if you qualify of medical diagnosis.
I seriously doubt that if you are bi polar, it was caused by excessive PMO. The true definition of bi polar is extreme moods. If you have extreme moods, I can see how a PMO addiction could be severely magnified.
But no, you didn’t develop bipolar disorder from masturbation and porn consumption.

 

Maybe you should get a second opinion.

People with some mental health issues (like mania and psychosis) tend to think they are ok while other people notice some behavioral changes in them.

Ps ask a close friend or a family member to observe your behavior, you might be missing something.

 

I think you may be right. either way, theres no need to go jumping off the cliff and getting all crazy over on diagnosis. Doctors are wrong all the time. When quit relying on negative habits for your sanity, its hard to adjust sometimes. Keep quiting PMO and keep monitoring your condition. It it gets better good. If you still have anxiety then get another opinion and reserch the treatment options. People shouldnt ignore mental illness but these doctor are known for misdiagnosing mental disorders and perscribing unnecessary drugs.
