I am 18 years old high school boy. I’m gonna go to the college this July. Masturbation is common for our ages, but it has affected me in everyday life. I’ve been watching porn and fapping everyday since March. At first I think that I did it because I feel stressed from college exam. I began to fap everyday since then, making many problems to me; like hardly sleep in every night, afraid to meet my friends even talk to my family, ask for more porn sites from my friends and fap for about 1 hour. I’ve realized that masturbation has affected many disadvantages to me. I tried a lot of things like doing exercises, reading books, watching movies, etc., but I can’t give up every time. Until I met this site, and I hope that you guys can help me finishing this. I want to improve myself in many ways. Every suggestions will be really grateful to me!! Thx.

  3. Welcome kokomax2000! Yes, I've tried many things as well; and, although, they are helpful, they in themselves cannot help us stay away from PMO. The main thing is social interaction. Not necessarily just going out and hanging out with friends, but having talks that can benefit both parties, such as sharing struggles and ordinary everyday situations with each other. Talking about things here on NoFap is also a huge benefit. DON'T keep anything in. Talk it all out.

This will help you a lot, watch this and say goodbye to urges forever

    https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/if-youre-struggling.232140/

But however urges are sometimes attacking even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^
