Unique situation

Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum and I wanted to describe my rather unique (I think?) situation. I am 36 years old and have had good sexual relationships in the past. My last real relationship prior to my current one ended 10 years ago and after that I went over 5 years without being in a long-term relationship until about 4 and 1\2 years ago. In between my current relationship and the last one, I had two sexual encounters, both of which lasted all of about 30 seconds. My main source of sexual release during this time was pmo.

My current fiance and I have been together for about 4 and 1\2 years. The first time we tried to have sex, I could not achieve an erection. This terrified me and to my horror, it continued to happen several times. The few times I was able to achieve an erection was when we would watch porn together and I would always orgasm within 30 seconds. At the time, I did everything I could think of to remedy the problem. I did internet research, saw a doctor, and even went to a psychologist for a short time. Eventually we just stopped having sex and have been living together and raising our daughter in a loving but sexless relationship. We both want to start getting intimate again but, when we tried about a month ago I once again had the same problem. I had gone back to porn over the last 4 years again as it has been that long since we have had real sex.

I know that my problem is most likely due to PIED and have abstained from masturbation and watching porn since May 24. My fiance and I have had two sexual encounters since that time that did not involve penetration but did involve me orgasming.

How long should I go with this whole NoFap thing before attempting intercourse? Should I reset my start date because of our sexual encounters or consider May 24 to be my start date since that is the last time I used porn and masturbation?
