I just want to send some motivation to those in the thick of it.

Withdrawing from porn can be awful. You may experience very uncomfortable symptoms, and these can manifest in a variety of ways.

At times like this it may be hard to attribute how you're feeling to NoFap.

But, stick with it. It's all temporary.

Your brain re-wiring is the purpose of NoFap. Nobody said it was going to be easy.

So, no matter, how hard it gets, stay with it & don't give up on the mission.

    You all got this.

    Peace & Blessings.

He is absolutely correct! And I thank you for the encouragement. It does get difficult and I dare say that it gets more difficult for a period of time. But the opposite is true too. It gets better. You may not believe it now while sadness or anger completely has you in a shadow of despair but life does get better. Even those folks who have abstained for a week or 2 can admit that. The brain is a marvelous thing and it quickly recovers but it also depends on variables: how long, what type, and so on. You are simply learning a new way of life that has been forgotten. Look at it this way, emotional maturity was stunted the moment it became an addiction. We have to relearn what we didn't learn before. Obviously we used these things as a crutch in our lives and didn't open ourselves to the pain or the stress and always resorted to our "drug" to cope. And because of this, it will take time to learn differently, to experiences those feelings that we were too scared to before.
