15/90 - No PMO (No sexual fantasies either. No prolonged stares at random people.)
    6/90 - No Caffeine, 6 days a week
    5/90 - Meditation
    5/90 - Planning My Day
4/90 - Dedicated time for browsing websites
3/90 - Getting out of bed at the first go of alarm
3/90 - Not insulting/hurting anyone out of anger
    3/90 - No Refined Sugar, 6 days a week
    2/90 - Exercise for 30 minutes, 6 days a week

I went to someone's place today, and they offered a sugary drink. I just didn't say No. I'll consider this as my cheat day today. I have increased the counter, as I had already decided to keep a day off. Is this how it works? That, even for the 7th day, I increase my counter? Or, shall I do it only for 6 days a week? @Force Majeure- how do you do it? Also, I can see you craving for bread. I wish you strength. I am on day 15 of No PMO, have started feeling the pangs now. Hope to sustain it.

    - no sugar: day 10/30
    - no watching news: day 11/30
    - no facebook: day 3/7
    - no secrets: day 3/7

  3. 112/130 - sugar only when my wife bakes
    72/90 - no alcohol
    72/90 - no crisps
42/60 - coffee at most one per weekend
    22/30 - no bread

I see it as rules. As long as I don't break my rules, I increment my counters once every day. Otherwise it would be a reset.

@Barnabas_ I liked your 'no secrets/lies' commitment. I guess I should take this up too, but I am not in a position to come clean as of now. Maybe after a month or two...

@Force Majeure Just read your goal of 150 pull-ups in a row, 200 dips in a row and 300 sit-ups in a row. That's pretty impressive!

I actually ate some nachos yesterday because they were included to my dinner (I was eating on a restaurant) but I won't make any fuss about that. It wasn't very much anyway. I also drank three non-alcoholic beer and they were really tasty! Didn't know non-alcoholic beer tasted that good.

Now it's only one week left in the bread challenge. I wonder how I should celebrate the day when it comes - with bread or with retention? Time will tell. :)

@Barnabas_ , I wish I could include that line as well, "no secrets".... but I don't have the courage to tell my wife I've been looking at porn for 25 years. She would get extremely shocked and bad things could happen...

@Rising Force I interpret your "6" as the sixth day without sugar? What's your goal? 90 days?

@Accountability Partner nice list you have there, I like it!

  8. Yes, it's been easy so far. I didn't actually set a specific goal this time. It just feels good not to be thinking which sweets to use to distract me from my life. One week at a time in following the progress could be a good span in the beginning.

How about informing her carefree the morning before you're getting married? No, just teasing. You've done such a good job in turning your life around that I don't think you should feel guilty for not telling.

Although my wife knows that I was addicted to porn and masturbation (both of them around 20 years), there are some things from the past (just a few) I have not shared with her in details.

This challenge with no secrets now relates to being 100% honest with her now, no lies, no hiding anything, not being afraid of sharing things how I live/act now. For example she is very frugal, likes to save money, extremelly, so I was buying some food (for her too expensive) just for myself from time to time and did not tell her about it - to avoid conflict in a marriage. It have caused tenstions, also in me. I want to love her with whole my heart, being faithful in 100%, in all small and big things and live in a truth which requires resigning from another desires of the flesh.

Have a good day bros :)

Have discovered other threads. Shifted some goals there.
    Congrats buddy!
Maybe the trick could be plan some pocket money in advance which each partner could spend as per their wishes. In a relationship, while it's important to respect our partner's wishes, it's equally important to make room for our own desires, otherwise things could get bottled up and become toxic. Therefore, the trick is to acknowledge our weak areas and ask our partner to accept us with it, after all our partner won't be perfect either. In any case, the idea of money is not just sustenance but also enjoyment! Moreover, the idea of lie originates from fear. The fear of being not accepted.
Women also watch porn, or at least they know that men watch porn. So, she may not be as surprised as you think. BUT, the past is in past. You may not need to bring this up. If it comes up, you may come clean and act cool, especially if you are no longer addicted to it. In fact, you could show your pride in having overcome this vice.
